Yes! I feel like I can finally say that Autumn is on its way! As sad as I am that all the hot weather is slowly disappearing, deep down I am a Winter baby at heart. Coats, jumpers and scarves… COME AT ME. I took a trip to Brighton the other week and of course I went shopping. I went into Urban Outfitters and instantly saw this coat. Since last Autumn I’ve been after a borg/teddy coat but failed to find one. Originally I wanted more of a creamy colour but I then came to the realisation that it would get grubby pretty quickly. So yes Urban Outfitters stole my heart with this one. I got a size XS and I’m 5’3, but it is meant to be an oversized fit so I can get away with it being slightly big. Of course, it is not particularly ideal to wear in wet rainy weather but it is incredibly warm and cosy!
I believe that this is the first time I’ve shown my new A/W boots to you all on the blog. These little babies are from Topshop, and they are called ‘Mia’. Unfortunately, they are currently out of stock, but if you keep checking the website and typing in ‘Mia’ they may come back in stock! They come in three options, a black leather (the ones I have), a black patent and a bright red patent. I absolutely LOVE the ring detail on the sides. I bloody love hoops so would be silly not to buy boots with hoops on them! I also really like the flare heel. It is something that I consider ‘quirky’ for my style, but I knew I would’ve kicked myself if I never bought them. I feel like my straight leg jeans look so good with them. Get off my high horse I know, but yeah I just love pairing them both together. Straight leg jeans are now my favourite fit, and I feel like I need every colour in them to complete my wardrobe. I’ll keep you updated if I buy anymore.
Darling. Oh I love this word. And I love it even more on a T-shirt. As you can guess, Topshop again. I do apologise that majority of my clothes are from Topshop, but working there gives you almost a curse to buy all of their clothes. LOL nice excuse. But this little black tee was twelve pounds!!!!! It’s a really nice cropped fitted fit. Does that even make sense? It also has a really nice detailing around the edging, which Topshop like to called ‘Lettuce’. So if you see the wrinkly frilly edging on tops, you now know thats called ‘lettuce detail’. They do come up really small. I’m wearing a size 10. I would’ve bought a size 12 to make it slightly more baggier but they didn’t have that size in store. But again, looks super cute with my straight leg jeans, chuck on my new teddy coat and bam, sorted.
