So the shacket. Basically a shirt combined with a jacket. These became quite popular during the summer, especially in Topshop. The one I am wearing is of course from Topshop. The main reason to why I bought this shacket (I just think it’s such funny word so I’m going to use it at any opportunity I can) were because a) this is me, I buy a lot of clothes and b) because I fell in love with the embroidery on the back! I would’ve preferred to have got a size six in this but they only had an eight, which just means it makes it look slightly more oversized and boxy. It is really handy to have one of these I think because as the year goes on, it obviously gets colder, so you can layer it up with a jumper underneath and chuck this on over the top.
I teamed the shacket with just some black Jamie jeans, and a black polo neck top. I do need to experiment a bit more and see what else looks good with it. I think a band tee could look quite cool, or maybe wearing a white polo neck underneath. I don’t know, I have quite a simple style so it probably sounds all very plain and boring to you haha.
It really is starting to get colder as the days go by, so if your thinking about purchasing a shacket then don’t leave it too late because you might not have a chance in december as it’s so bloody cold.
